In 2022, I made it a personal goal to expand my existing knowledge of web design and development into the field of custom email. We had been out sourcing all of our specialized email work up to that point, and by bringing the work in house we'd be able to earn more for our time, and have finer control over the end result.
Over the course of the year, through various classes and online lessons, I learned how to code for email specifically and we successfully began offering the service to our clients in late 2022. Over the next 2 years I designed and developed emails that retained high click through and open rates, and brought many of our clients into a whole new world of marketing communications.
